Prior to attending Vet school, she graduated from Clemson University in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in animal industries. A Massachusetts native until the age of 11, Dr. Coldwell returned to Massachusetts following Vet school and has been practicing ever since. She has a special interest in feline medicine, soft tissue surgery, and wellness and preventative care. She enjoys developing collaborative relationships with clients to help them provide the best possible care for their best friends. When not working, she enjoys spending time at home with her life partner Peter and their four cats – Pepper, Henry, Amelia, and Dottie. She also spends a good deal of time teaching and taking classes at her local fitness center. Feel free to ask her for a demo of her “signature” dance move!
I have been a client at Apple Country Animal Hospital for nearly three decades. Over the years, the trust in the doctors and staff had remained unbroken. I have other options and have needed to seek care for my dogs elsewhere, when they were not available. I will always prefer ACAH, over all others due to excellent care and advice including telling me I need the services of a specialist.
I have always found ACAH to be thorough, caring and competent for my many animals. I have been a customer for 35 years and have a medical background.
The staff is amazing and really cares about the animals which is super important. I love that they always greet us with a smile and inquire about my son and I.
Apple Country is a great vet. The entire staff is always friendly and we always get the impression they have our pets best interest first and foremost. The facility is always clean and well kept, which is a plus.
